LIIAS TAKES THE LEAD AT ROAD TO LA LARGUE FINAL

Finland’s Niina Liias emerged from the pack to take a one-shot lead at the Road to LaLargue Final. The 22-year-old recorded a superb four-under round of 68 on the second day’s play at the French course to end on –5 for the tournament, one shot clear of Wales’ Chloe Williams in second position. Williams lies second after a three-under 69 in round two at La Largue. Currently lying eighth in the Order of Merit, a third strong round for Williams could prove vital in securing a Ladies European Tour card or a place in the final stage of the LET’s qualifying school ahead of the 2020 season...... more
